Joshua D. Pelick December 13, 2003

Joshua D. Pelick, 18, of 425 Delaware Ave., Peckville, died Saturday at Mid-Valley Hospital, Peckville.

Born Oct. 28, 1985, in Carbondale, son of David Pelick, Forest City, and Lynn Fedor Pelick, with whom he resided, he was a senior at Valley View High School and worked part-time at Fastenal in Jessup. He was a member of Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, Peckville.

He loved skiing, hunting and fishing and always tried to make everyone laugh.

Also surviving are a sister, Stephanie Pelick, Peckville; a halfsister, Alissa Pelick, Forest City; a halfbrother, Brett Pelick, Forest City; his maternal grandmother, Mary Coggins Thomas; his paternal great-grandmother, Helen Petrus Pelick; aunts and uncles.

The funeral will be Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the Harrison Funeral Home, 374 Main St., Archbald, with Mass at 9:30 in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, celebrated by the Rev. Santino Fanucci, pastor. Interment, Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Forest City. Friends may call today, 6 to 9 p.m.
